Grounded Field Bodywork

Phil Robst

Specializing in Field Alignment

Helping your body and nervous system reorganize into steadiness and sustainable relief.

You do not need to understand the “field” to benefit from the work. My approach brings together structure, breath, and nervous system awareness so the body can settle more naturally.

“When the field stabilizes, the body follows.”

What I Offer

Each session is integrated and responsive to what your body is organizing in real time.

  • Deep tissue and structural bodywork
  • Nervous system awareness
  • Postural and breath tracking
  • Field alignment

Over the years, the modalities I have studied and practiced have integrated into one cohesive approach. Rather than separating massage and energy techniques, the work now responds to what your system is ready for in the moment.

Who This Is For

This work is a good fit if you are looking for more than surface-level relief.

  • Ongoing tension or pain
  • Feeling braced or held in your body
  • Wanting deeper, more sustainable relief
  • Preferring a grounded, attentive approach

Men’s Work

A significant part of my practice includes working with men.

Many men carry tension not just in muscle, but in how they hold themselves — in posture, breath, and the subtle effort of staying braced.

The work is about helping men feel more settled, less braced, and more at ease in their bodies.

About Phil

Grounded field bodywork shaped by experience, integration, and steady presence.

I am a bodyworker with over 15 years of experience, specializing in grounded field bodywork and field alignment.

My work brings together structural skill, nervous system awareness, and steady presence to help clients experience sustainable relief and a deeper sense of embodiment.

I began practicing energy-based work in 2005 and entered massage school in 2006 at the Atlanta School of Massage, graduating on 04/20/2007.

Over time, what once felt like separate approaches gradually became one cohesive practice — attentive to structure, breath, nervous system tone, and the relational space within a session.
